Crimson Karma — Terms & Conditions

1. Orders & Payment (Updated for WhatsApp Checkout)

Orders are placed directly through our Order via WhatsApp process. The initial order request is confirmed by the customer clicking the designated button on the product page.

  • Order Confirmation: An order is finalized and confirmed only after our support team verifies the details with the customer via WhatsApp and confirms receipt of payment.
  • Payment Method: Payment must be completed manually via the GPay/UPI/QR code provided by our support team in the WhatsApp chat.
  • Order Changes & Cancellation: Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once payment has been received and confirmed by our team.
  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are fully responsible for ensuring all order details (size, color, quantity, and complete shipping address) are correct during the WhatsApp conversation before payment is made.

2. Product Details (No Changes)

All Crimson Karma T-shirts are made with 240 GSM premium cotton for a structured, heavy, and luxury streetwear fit.

  • Every item is carefully quality-checked before dispatch. Minor color or texture variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or display settings.
  • For back-printed oversized T-shirts: If the design shown on model images covers the full back, it is printed in A3-sized format (DTF printing).
  • The actual product print area may differ slightly from how it appears in modeled visuals.

3. Size Guide (Emphasized)

  • Customer Requirement: Customers are required to check the size chart before placing an order and confirming final details with our team.
  • Oversized fits are intentionally designed for a relaxed and roomy silhouette.
  • Crimson Karma is not liable for incorrect size selection once the order is placed and payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery (Tracking Update)

  • Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 14 days, depending on the destination and courier timelines.
  • Most customers receive their order within 10 days, but please allow up to 14 days for processing and delivery.
  • Tracking Link: Dispatch and delivery updates, including the tracking link, will be shared directly with the customer via the WhatsApp chat.
  • Crimson Karma will not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds (Updated for Manual Payments)

  • No Return Policy: No return or refund is applicable once an order is confirmed and shipped.
  • Defective/Damaged Goods: Returns or replacements will only be accepted if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. Customers must report any such issue within 24 hours of delivery along with a clear unboxing video showing the defect.
  • After verification, a replacement of the same product will be issued (subject to stock availability).
  • Refund Processing: Refunds, if approved (for stock unavailability or confirmed damage), will be processed directly to the customer’s verified bank account/UPI ID and may take 5–7 business days after approval.

6. Payment Security (Updated)

  • Security: All payments are processed through secure, third-party payment platforms (GPay, UPI, QR) and are confirmed manually by our team.
  • Data Storage: Crimson Karma does not store any sensitive financial information, such as bank details or UPI passwords.
  • If a transaction is deemed successful by the customer but the amount is not received by Crimson Karma, the customer must provide full transaction proof (screenshot/bank statement) for verification.

7. Intellectual Property (No Changes)

All logos, designs, graphics, and content are the exclusive property of Crimson Karma. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Policy Updates (No Changes)

Crimson Karma reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on the website, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
