1. Order Confirmation & Payment
Your order is formally processed only after payment is successfully confirmed by our team via the WhatsApp chat.
- Payment Method: All payments are handled manually through GPay, UPI, or QR code details provided by our support team.
- Order Changes: Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once payment has been received and confirmed. Customers are responsible for verifying size and address details before payment.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline
We aim for the fastest fulfillment while maintaining our quality control standards.
- Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be packed and handed over to the courier partner.
- Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 14 days from the date of payment confirmation.
- Tracking: The complete tracking link will be shared directly with you via the WhatsApp chat upon dispatch.
- Liability: Crimson Karma is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for delays caused by the courier, weather, or other factors outside our control.
3. Returns and Replacement Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our curated streetwear, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
A. Replacement for Damage/Defect ONLY
Replacements are issued exclusively if the product is damaged upon arrival or contains a verifiable manufacturing defect.
